On a quest for thankfullness
I've lost so many dreams
living inside of days that
march ahead of me
always chasing, clinging
savoring.
It's a tornadic bliss
that leaves me swirling
inside a vortex of love
and that means being
slung from place to place
the blunt force of broken heartedness
